10. Most favored nation is a thing from International trade law. In simple terms it means that custom duties applied to Russian goods imported by the US not necessarily will be the same as applied to goods from other countries (US seeks to increase them). Russia will obviously try to seek arbitration by the WTO but it will take years and it will cost them even more financially short term with all other sanctions combined, especially if other countries (EU) will follow the suit.
