I like cycle analyst for swing trades 2-4 week time frames. Day trading is lots of work and patience – sometimes I go the whole day no trade – happens all the time. When I do day trade I hit 2% plus profits 90% of the time – but I my position size is always the same 100 – 200 shares. I take an L it is small 0.5%. Day trading is too scary for me for a large position size.

I usually have numbers planned out where major pivot points are, supports, and resistances (from past history) looking to long or short and I play around those. That is pretty much it. If there are buyers down south I want to join them if there are sellers up top I am in.

Your software is great for confirmation of the move. That yes buyers are here or sellers are there.
