Thank you Ryan for explaining this in the simplest terms for many who are nervous and need confidence to get into some sort of investing even if the market is too high. They don’t teach youth stuff in high school like they should or any education in investment so you have to learn it on your own.

Glad I could help! It is too bad they don’t teach basic investing like this in school

Thank you for making this I was just recently looking at ways to invest in index funds. I’m pretty new to the stock market and I’ve been getting tired looking for individual stocks. I’m trying to limit my stocks to like 4 or 5 different stocks one or two REITs and then a bond and a stock index funds

I love absolutely the way in which your present everything in this video, EXTREMELY clearly and easy to understand especially for new investors like me. Giving clear and simple definitions of stock “terminology” and taking your sweet time to explain things and back them up with statistics. Well done. Thank you and keep it up!

Thank you so much, really informative and useful for a 20 year old who hates putting money in the bank at an interest rate of 0.1%. Keep up the great work.

I really appreciate your video. I’ve been learning everything and it was all mixing together, leaving me with questions! Your video helped me to sort out the information and compartmentalize everything in a useful way. Watched it from start to end & reminded a few times in between. Absolutely love this video; wish I could hug it! I look forward to your future posts!

I’m just getting into the stock game. I have done my research and Ryan you are correct. Make money the easy way. Set it and forget it. I do $100.00 increments every pay period and I’m stacking 🤑 ..

Thank you so much for this breakdown. I was so overwhelmed with where to start with opening my vanguard account. Your explanations made so much sense! Opening my account today! Thank you 🙌🏾

Great video!! Takes a great teacher to explain these concepts as easily as you did. Started my Vanguard account before seeing your M1 Finance link unfortunately but I am 19 and taking the ETF route! Wish me luck

Wow, great video for beginners!! Especially with the comparisons in what you may do in your 20s compared to in your 60-80s. Loved it. Thank you so much!!

Extremely informative for a beginner investor like myself. I’ve been watching hours of Utubes and reading articles/books about investment strategy (particularly ETFs) and completely find this to be the best thus far! I will be signing up for M1 Finance and also your investment course. Look forward to more videos from you. Thanks so much!!!

Ryan, congrats for all your work. I´m from Brazil and i have been learning about investiments over the last 6 months and i dont know why i came across your channel but i actually learned so much about ETF’s here today than all the videos i watched here in brazil. You´re really thoughtful in everything you explained… so after a video like that i decided to take a second of my time to say all this!! Congrats again and thank you by the way i will apply what im learning here investing on ETF´s in brazil

First person I’ve seen actually go into the platform and show how it looks, each ETF, and step by step. You’re a blessing man. Subbed and thumbed up.

Hi Ryan, great video! Just a quick question, I thought index funds and ETFs were actually different? It seems like investing in ETFs is better than index funds because of low cost. Can you clarify?

Another great video Ryan. Thank you for taking the time to record it. Being new to investing, this is a great help, and nice to know that I’m on the right path. I’m wondering if I can use M1 finance in Canada?
